Dr. Adam G. Alotaibi Is a Full Professor of Public Administration at the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University. lotaibi has the honor to be the student of Professor Peter Drucker. He holds his MBA from Alliant University and his Ph.D., (1987 in Public Administration (Human Resources management & Organizational Behavior) from Claremont Graduate University, U.S.A. He served past Editor in Chief of Arab Journal of Administrative Sciences. In addition, he has served as editorial board member in several scientific journals. His work has appeared in International Journal (Scopus) such as Public Personnel Management &International journal of organization theory and behavior. His areas of interest include : Job Stress, Workaholism, Job Burnout, Organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational justice. He taught courses: Business Ethics & Society, Organizational Change, Principles of management, organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, organization Theory Introduction of Public Administration and Public Relations.
Awadh Alenezi is Professor at Public Administration Department. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Bath, University, UK. In 1991. In addition, post-doctor at the University of New York in 1993. A recipient of numerous awards, he has published several papers dealing with the socio-economic culture in Kuwait. He is an active member of several committees in Kuwait University and as consultant in some public and private sectors.

He served as Secretary General of Kuwait University in 2003-2007. His major is in Public personnel and Organizational Behavior in Public sectors. The Ethics in business Government relations becomes the most priority in his teaching and research. Dr.Alrubaian finished his P.H.D from George Washington University in 1991.

Dr. Alsarraf earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration (focusing on public policy analysis) from Cleveland State University and a Master of Public Administration (focusing on program evaluation) from University of Colorado at Denver, USA. His major fields of research interest are leadership and gender, ethics in public service, public policy process and analysis, and ICT in public organizations.
