Membership Advantages
First
A ceremony honoring the top honor students based on regulation (10) of year 1995.
The top student will receive an encouraging award that consists
of a 1000 K.D, a certificate and a gift in a ceremony that is held yearly
on behalf of the Minister of education and the president of Kuwait University.
The following requirements are needed in order to be honored:
- The student must be a Kuwaiti
- To maintain a G.P.A of 3.5 and over
- Have attained 45 credits and over
- To register 30 units during the two semesters the student will be
honored on.
- To be enrolled at the university and not graduating at the end of
the year when the ceremony will be held.
- To encourage foreign students, the universities have kindly set an award for the top student among them.
Second: A ceremony honoring students on the dean’s list.
During this ceremony that is held in a grand ballroom, faculty that includes administration, head of departments and professors and family are invited on behalf of the college’s dean.
Qualifications needed in order to be in the Dean’s list:
- To finish 45 credits
- To attain a G.P.A of 3.5 and over
- To register 15 credits in both semesters during the year that they will be honored on
Third:
The honored students will have their names on the dean’s list board that will be shown at the main hallway in the College of Business Administration.
Fourth:
The won’t be required to pay registration fees.
Fifth:
As a member of the Dean’s list Council, he will have a private parking
Sixth:
Organizes special events and trips inside and outside of Kuwait, as he/she will participate in.
