Department of Management & Marketing

 

 

 

The mission of the department basically focuses on graduating students with a basic and balanced background in the principles, foundations and scientific theories in the fields of organization and management. It also focuses on graduating students capable of thinking, analyzing, concluding and both dealing with and solving real world problems using a scientific approach. Moreover, the mission focuses on developing the students' knowledge and skills that relate to the marketing of goods, services and ideas that enable for the enhancement of quality marketing performance of organizations by applying marketing scientific principles and methods.

The Department of Management & Marketing, is primarily responsible for contributing to the following objectives:

To meet the Kuwaiti society needs for graduates with good knowledge in organization, personnel, and marketing.

To revise the courses contents with the latest developments, as will as to improving teaching of these subjects in the fields of study in order to be able to improve performance of organizations and to cope with the global developments.

To promote a continuous relationship with society through advising, consulting, problem solving according to scientific methods, and providing training services for Kuwaiti organizations.
