Not only does the Information Technology Center offer top-notch computer services, we also offer a variety of staff and students services that they can take advantage of. You will see that we have the best interests of our employees in mind and will do what we can to ensure their success in learning fields. Additionally, our employees number in computer center is growing year-by-year. Our daily interaction with staff and students keeps employment opportunities consistent with the needs of our staff and students.

Internet & Networking:

All offices, departments, computer labs have Internet access at very high-speed connections. Our network has been designed in order to give stable performance and network balancing. Our network is operated via mixed mode operating systems environments. Code operating system for our network is Microsoft Windows 2000 Server platform, users are using Varity of operating systems such as (Windows 2000 ME, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP).

Hardware and Software:

Information Technology Center provides all needed software and hardware equipments for educational environment. We have more than 500 user(s) for personal computers such as (desktops, notebooks) in all departments and centers of CBA. Information Technology enter has big responsibility of providing software required for each department in order to ease teaching students. Students of CBA (around 2,000 students) are well prepared to use computer programs which help them to process their career. Most of them are familiar with Microsoft products such as (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) depending on the department they belong to it. All computer labs are prepared with latest technology and last updates of hardware equipments and software.

Web Services:

Information Technology Center provides web-sites to CBA's faculty on-demand. Also, we provide an Online Equipment Reservation System which enables users to request equipment or reserve Computer Labs at the times that are convenient for them, rather an only when the Information Technology Center is open for someone to take their calls. Additionally, we provide an Online Support Ticket System which gives the ability for users to submit and track their computer problems and its solutions online. We are in process to provide web-based application for faculty to publish their courses and its related material online without having experience or knowledge in creating web-sites.

FREE E-Mails:

Electronic Mail is more important nowadays than traditional post office mails. It increase students interactivity with their teachers. Information Technology Center understands that is a must to provide students, faculty and even staff with e-mail addresses. Our e-mails address ends with domain name ( username@cba.edu.kw ).

Video Conferencing (E-Learning):

Video-conferencing allows faculty and students to communicate face-to-face without the tremendous cost of being physically attending classes in different college. Using video conferencing, students can assemble in their normal conference class with one or more cameras and microphones and get their work done without the time and expense of travel. Information Technology Center is achieving the stage with Distance Learning Department in Kuwait University in order to provide our faculty the ability to give classes outside CBA campus without being physically out. We are in process to provide this service soon.

Training Courses:

E-Education and technology are being improve day-by-day. Information Technology Center and Student Training Center have plan training courses for students in CBA of other college in Kuwait University. No matter which program students choose, they are designed to offer them the following training advantages:

	Flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening classes available.
	Small & large classes with a 1:1 Computer to Student Ratio.
	Hands-on training from industry experienced instructors.
	Intel-based workstations featuring high speed Internet connectivity in all Computer Programming and Help Desk classrooms.
	No prior computer skills necessary to succeed.

FREE COURSES CERTIFICATE: This unique service is offered to ensure that our student stay current with the latest trends in the industry. Upon successful graduation from College of Business Administration, you will be awarded a Free Course Certificate. This Certificate allows you to come back and refresh your skills or update them on the newer technology, at no cost! You may repeat a course you've already taken, or enroll in a new course that was not offered during your training period.

REPEAT COURSES: It is our hope that all of our students are successful, and to help make that happen we offer this service to them: Should at anytime during their training, circumstances result in course failure, we will allow you to repeat that course for FREE! That’s right, the opportunity to re-take a course at no charge, to improve their standing and continue training towards their new career after graduation.
