Dr. Rashid Al-Ajmi, Dean of CBA, Kuwait University Workshop Aim and Objective Through this one day workshop, QMIS is aiming to create a forum where by researchers within QMIS Department and outside present their research activities encouraging interdisciplinary approach within the domain of Logistic and supply chain management and information system and other academic disciplines of interest. We hope that this scientific event would be quite unique and challengeable and bring some interesting research ideas and future joint research activities among interested parties. Scope of the Workshop and Topics Authors are invited to submit papers on all aspects of Logistic and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) and Information Systems (IS). The following list is not exhaustive and topics that are not included in the list will be considered by the organizers especially if they reflect emerging research. Submission Guidelines and important dates
Researchers and practitioners are kindly invited to send an extended abstract that should not exceed 2 pages in MS-word format . Abstracts should be sent electronically to the Workshop Chair including full title, authors and their affiliations, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers. Abstracts will be refereed by the Workshop Committee. The presentation time is 30 minutes including the discussion.
