The Statistical Consulting Unit (SCU), inaugurated in June 1996, is considered to be one of the most recognized consulting services channels in Kuwait. The SCU recently joined the Center of Excellence In Management to harmonize with its other unite of excellence. SCU is specialized in offering statistical support to basic and applied projects (especially field studies) for researchers, academicians and both government and private sectors.
SCU provides guidance and training on the optimal use of statistical tools to all persons interested, or in charge of field researchers and studies.
SCU is run by a distinguished group of statistical researchers, in addition to experts and consultants in all fields of statistics and their applications. All are supported by a large group of practitioners in field research, including data collection, classification and electronic entry.
