NOTE:

Dr. Baqer has been granted a Fulbright scholarship from the American government and is currently working on her research in the United States of America until the summer of 2010.  

Dr. Samar Baqer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business Administration, Kuwait University.  Dr. Samar has a Bachelor degree in computer science from Kuwait University. She received her Master degree and her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing) from the University of Texas at Arlington (USA). Dr. Samar is a member of the American Marketing Association and her research and teaching interests include: marketing strategy, e-marketing, marketing communications, and global marketing.
